1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Number Atlas ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Number Atlas is an educational mobile application that provides:

• Statistical analysis of historical Mega Millions, Powerball and NY Lotto data
• Visualization of number patterns and trends
• Historical data from publicly available sources
• Number combination generation based on statistical analysis

The app does NOT:

• ❌ Sell lottery tickets
• ❌ Facilitate gambling transactions
• ❌ Accept payments for gambling purposes
• ❌ Guarantee winning lottery numbers
• ❌ Predict future lottery outcomes

3. Educational and Entertainment Purpose

The app provides:

• ✅ Historical data analysis
• ✅ Statistical visualizations
• ✅ Educational insights into lottery patterns

The app does NOT:

• ❌ Predict future lottery drawings
• ❌ Improve your odds of winning
• ❌ Guarantee any lottery outcomes
• ❌ Provide financial or investment advice

4. No Gambling Facilitation

This app does not facilitate gambling:

• No lottery tickets are sold through this app
• No gambling transactions are processed
• No payments are accepted for gambling purposes
• No real money is exchanged within the app
• No affiliate relationships with lottery vendors

To play the lottery:

• You must purchase tickets through authorized lottery retailers
• This app has no involvement in ticket purchases
• We receive no commission from any lottery sales

5. Purchases and Subscriptions

Number Atlas is free to download. Mega Millions analysis is free in full — including the Fairness Check and the Your Route scoring tool — and stays that way. Number Atlas Pro unlocks Powerball and NY Lotto, the Smart Pick and Top Rated Pick generators, the Number Ratings board and the 3D Frequency Terrain.

Plans available:

• Monthly — an auto-renewing subscription, billed every month.
• Yearly — an auto-renewing subscription, billed every 12 months.
• Lifetime — a one-time purchase that does not renew.

The current price of each plan is shown in the app and on the App Store, in your local currency, before you confirm. Prices vary by region and may change; a change applies only to purchases made after it takes effect.

Auto-renewing subscriptions

• Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the price of the plan you chose.
• You can manage the subscription and turn off auto-renewal at any time in Settings › your name › Subscriptions on your device.
• Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in your Apple Account settings.

Lifetime purchase

• Lifetime is a single payment. It does not auto-renew, and there is nothing to cancel.
• It unlocks the Pro features listed above on any device signed in to the same Apple Account.

Restoring and refunds

• To restore on a new device or after reinstalling, open the paywall from any Pro feature and tap Restore Purchases.
• All purchases are processed by Apple, not by us. We never see or store your payment details.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its own terms. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

6. Age Requirement

By using this app, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• Your use of the app complies with local laws

If you are under 18:

• You may not use this app
• Delete the app immediately
• Lottery ticket purchases are illegal for minors

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

We make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Accuracy of historical lottery data
• Completeness of information
• Reliability of statistical analysis
• Fitness for any particular purpose
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Freedom from bugs or defects

Lottery Outcomes:

• All lottery drawings are random
• Past results do not predict future outcomes
• Each drawing is an independent event
• Statistical patterns do not improve odds

8. Limitation of Liability

We are NOT liable for:

• Financial losses from lottery participation
• Decisions made based on app information
• Inaccuracies in historical data
• Misinterpretation of statistical information
• Technical issues or app malfunctions
• Lost data or interrupted service
• Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Use at your own risk.

9. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Your own lottery playing decisions
• Understanding that lottery is a game of chance
• Playing responsibly and within your means
• Complying with local gambling laws
• Not relying solely on this app for lottery decisions
• Understanding statistical information presented

You agree NOT to:

• Use the app for illegal purposes
• Claim the app predicts lottery outcomes
• Misrepresent the app's capabilities
• Reverse engineer or copy the app
• Use automated tools to access the app
• Attempt to breach app security

11. Data Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy:

• We do not guarantee the accuracy of historical lottery data
• Data is sourced from public sources (data.ny.gov)
• We are not responsible for errors in source data
• Always verify official lottery results on official lottery websites

For official results:

• Visit the official site for the game you played — megamillions.com, powerball.com or nylottery.ny.gov
• Check with authorized lottery retailers
• Do not rely solely on this app

12. Intellectual Property

App Ownership:

• Number Atlas and all content are owned by the developer
• The app is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app

You may NOT:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the app
• Reverse engineer the app
• Remove copyright notices
• Use the app's name or logo without permission
