Data We Access

Public Lottery Data:

• The app downloads publicly available Mega Millions, Powerball and NY Lotto drawing results from the New York State Open Data portal (data.ny.gov)
• This data is already publicly available and contains no personal information
• The data includes: drawing dates, winning numbers, and bonus numbers

Data Stored Locally on Your Device

Cached Lottery Data:

• Historical lottery drawing results are stored on your device for offline use
• This data is public lottery information only
• Stored using Apple's standard UserDefaults and local file system

User Preferences:

• Your app settings and preferences (theme, selected date ranges, etc.)
• Stored locally using Apple's UserDefaults
• Never transmitted off your device

How We Use Information

Lottery Data:

• Downloaded from public data sources
• Cached locally for offline functionality
• Used to display historical trends and statistics
• Never shared or transmitted to third parties

User Preferences:

• Stored to remember your settings
• Used only to personalize your app experience
• Never leaves your device

• You can clear cached data anytime using the "Clear All Data" option in the Data tab
• Data is automatically deleted when you uninstall the app

• Settings remain until you delete the app
• No data persists after app deletion

Access and Deletion:

• All data is stored locally on your device
• You have complete control over all stored data
• Delete all data by:
  1. Using "Clear All Data" in the app's Data tab, OR
  2. Deleting the app from your device

Opt-Out:

• No data collection requires opt-out
• All features work without data sharing

Children's Privacy

• This app is not intended for users under 18 years of age
• We do not knowingly collect information from minors
• If you are under 18, do not use this app
• Parents: If your child has used this app, simply delete it to remove all data

• We may update this privacy policy from time to time
• Updates will be posted with a new "Last Updated" date
• Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance
